Can I change my flight date and time?
Answer
Yes you can change your booking online up to 1 hour prior to scheduled departure of your first flight.

Can I change my flight routing?
Answer
Yes, however route changes can only be made through our Reservation centre. Route changes are permitted prior to commencement of outbound sector, up to 30 minutes prior to check-in closure and restricted to country and currency used at original booking. A fee of EUR35.00/GBP35.00 per person per change transaction is applicable. If the new fare booked is higher that the original fare, an upgrade must also be paid amounting to the difference between the two fares. If the fare available on the new flight is lower than the original fare, no refund will be made.

Will all the passengers in my booking be changed?
Answer
When changing your booking online, all passengers in the reservation will be changed to the new flight date and time. Should you wish to change the dates and times for one passenger only please contact our Reservations department.

How much will a flight date or time change cost?
Answer
Flight dates and times are changeable subject to availability, upon payment of the current change fee of €35/ £35 per one way flight/per person plus any difference in cost between the original total price paid and the lowest total price available at the time the change is if applicable.

To avail of our cheapest fares you must process your change on line. Web fares/discounts are not available through our reservations centre

Can I change a name on a booking?
Answer
Yes, however name changes can only be made through our Reservation centre. Name changes are permitted prior to commencement of outbound sector, up to 30 minutes prior to check-in closure. Any name change made to a flight reservation must be for that individual passenger's complete flight itinerary. A fee of EUR100.00/GBP100.00 per name per booking is applicable.
